Bug Tracking
Things to note when filing a new bug:
- Please check our list of all open bugs (link above) to see if this might be a duplicate. This saves us a lot of time.
- If this is a problem with the behavior of the Googlebar, try the latest version, usually in the XPI-rimental installer, and read our help page and "recently fixed bugs" list (see link above). Your problem may already be fixed.
- For some suggestions on how to file a new bug- and what information we need- read the Bug Reporting Guidelines.
- Multizilla users with problems may be using the similarly named "Googlebox", which is not related to our work. These bugs should be reported to the Multizilla bugs page.
